Fake Ear Plugs

Fake Ear Plugs ear piercing accessories that look like you have flesh tunnels and plugs but can be worn in normal pierced ears. They are useful if you do not wish to stretch your ear piercing to a point to where they will not return back. They have become really popular recently and you can find a big range of sizes and designs. They will look to everyone else that you have stretched your ear piercing but of course when you take them back out you can go back to normal wear. The advantage of fake ear plugs is that you can wear large patterns and icons without having that ugly flesh tunnel or earlobe hole left over, but no one else will notice that.

There is always the temptation to stretch your piercing just a bit but with the worry of over doing it. Anyone attempting to do this usually falls in love with the range of accessories that they can wear and the temptation to stretch them more comes in. Ears stretched to 3mm usually come back within the year, without wearing any of the larger plugs and anything over 6mm will probably not heal all the way back. So by wearing fake ear plugs you have time you see how it looks and whether or not you wish to make the stretching permanent. Fake ear plugs will have a bar that is only 1.6mm wide and that will be no problem for any normal piercings.

If you do continue with the stretching then plastic stretchers although cheap have been reported to allow some people to develop infections and so steel or titanium stretchers are recommended.
